Guess what? I suffered from eczema for over 30 years and it was a pretty challenging experience. My maternal grandmother’s herbal remedies and the creams the doctors prescribed didn’t work so my paternal grandmother bathed me in a bathtub with a few cap fulls of Clorox Bleach. Ironically, that solution worked however, over time, it caused a number of other issues.
How did I find the right solution for me? By accident. Remember that detox I went on with my church years ago? I’ve talked about it a million times because it changed my life in so many ways. I was free of skin issues the whole time so I decided to do some additional research.
I discovered that eczema is typically either food related or heavy metal related. Even if it’s triggered by stress, the root is still one or the other. For years, I would make creams and herbal formulas for people that only provided temporary relief. The detox experience let me know that it’s an internal issue. I shared my regimen with others and they experienced success, too.
Here are some tips that can help you kick it to the curb.

2. Drink strong herbal infusions of olive leaf, burdock root, and chickweed.
3. Drink muddy water each day (food grade diatomaceous earth and water).
4. Use only unscented and natural products for your skin. Coconut oil and shea butter usually makes it worse so don’t use them.
5. Use unscented and natural laundry detergent, shampoo, and soap.
6. Consume chlorella each day. G Juice is a great way to get it in.
7. Stop drinking tap water. Instead, drink distilled water while detoxing and purified or alkaline spring water during other times.
This is a good start and you should see results right away.
