As you all know, I’m an herbal enthusiast and when I discover something amazing, I tell the world about it. Not too long ago, I was that quintessential career woman who uncorked an amazing bottle of red wine at least twice per week. It was my way to relax after working with people all day long. Since that time, I’ve incorporated energy work into my lifestyle yet, I still missed that relaxing feeling from an amazing glass of Chianti so I decided to try Klip Dagga.
Most people smoke this lovely flower as an alternative to marijuana. I’m not into the whole smoking thing and definitely not into “getting high,” so I decided to make an infusion. Within minutes, I felt a relaxation that words can’t describe. I was mellow and chill yet quite functional. Almost how you feel after a good relaxing massage while you’re on a cleanse but even better. Many of the other herbs that bring about this effect make me want to sleep. Not this one. It was relaxing and amazing. Now, I enjoy a mason jar full whenever I want to “chill out.” I was also glad to learn about the physical benefits of this herb. It’s an antihistamine, antispasmodic, great for headaches, and so much more. I’ve found that it’s great for that meditative time, as well.
I still love my Chianti as an occasional treat. In fact, I found a great red blend called 1448 when I went to Wine and Vibe at Lindsey’s Door 7. An amazing healing experience led by the amazing Satori Seals. Maybe next time, I’ll take some Klip Dagga infusion. I bet they would all get a kick out of that. In the meantime, I’ll enjoy that treat from time to time with my hubby.
